Can you run RG6 next to electrical?

It is not so much about interferance as it is about safety between the differant wiring. Now with that said, if you are doing thr RG6 and you use the same run next to the 110v, when your house inspecter shows up to sign off the wiring, you can almost bet he will fail it until the low voltage wiring is moved.

Nope – Interference is not the problem, it is against code which requires separation of mains voltage from signal voltage. Direct burial CAT6e and CAT6 are widely available and in my view inexpensive, and they can go in the same trench as the conduit with no problem.

How far should coax be from power?

six inches

Keep coax at least six inches away from electric cable. When the two are placed near one another, there is the possibility of signal interference. You can cross electric cable with the coax, but don’t run them close together and parallel to each other.
