Unless there’s some sort of steel or other reinforcement in the wall, you should just be able to knock each block loose from its mortar bond with a heavy hammer. A 24 ounce framing hammer or 3lb small sledge would do the job nicely. If you don’t have suitable hammer, a 3-5 foot length of 2×4 works well.
